1. The service
LaunchLab provides AI-generated business analysis, coaching, planning tools and dashboards. AI output is informational: it is not professional, financial or legal advice, and we do not guarantee business results.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
3. Plans and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Canceling keeps your access until the end of the paid period. Plan changes are applied immediately and prorated. Annual plans include two months free. You can pause your subscription for one month instead of canceling.
4. Refunds
Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you keep access until it ends. Founding Member seats are capped at 50 and lock in the founding price for life.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to abuse rate limits, resell access, scrape the platform, or use the AI features to generate content that violates applicable law.
6. Your content
You own the business ideas and content you enter. You grant LaunchLab a limited license to process it to deliver the service. We may delete accounts and content that violate these terms.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
