What we collect
When you use LaunchLab we collect your email address (for your account and waitlist) and the content you create: your business idea details, generated plans, missions, decisions and weekly metrics. We also collect basic usage data needed to run the service.
How we use it
Your data is used to provide the service: scoring your idea, generating your plans and coaching, saving your reports, and processing subscriptions. We never sell your personal data or your business ideas.
AI processing
LaunchLab uses AI services to generate scores, plans, coaching and insights. The content you enter is sent to our AI provider solely to produce those results and is not used to train third-party models.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; payment information is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your plans and reports inside the app at any time. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us, and we will remove it within 30 days.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Contact privacy@launchlab.tools with any request and we will respond within 30 days.
